The Tattenham & Preston Community Group, once again this year, organised the Christmas Tree on the green by the Tattenham Shops.

The lights on the tree, provided by The Raven Housing Trust, were switched on by Deputy Mayor, Councillor James Baker, helped by Father Christmas.

Over 200 residents turned out for the tree lighting ceremony on Friday evening the 24th November and were entertained to Christmas Carols from the Epsom Downs School Ocarina Group. Shawley Primary School Choir, Include Choir and Sing Epsom Downs.

Local children helped to decorate the tree and Father Christmas was on hand to help. Hot drinks and refreshments were provided by Pattisons.
